Turning a difficult process into simple instructions requires learning the process yourself. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve used this philosophy to create high-quality written resources on a variety of topics.
For each of these documentation projects, I worked closely with the software developers to gain both a conceptual view of the application and a detailed understanding of each process/task. The following samples are hosted on an archived copy of the TylerNet Support Center website, which I designed and developed.
At TylerNet, the Support Center Blog was used to communicate timely updates to our clients and to provide additional help for difficult areas of the system.
This is an implementation manual that I created for new Smartwerks clients. Since the process is lengthy and at times complicated, the manual begins with a high-level view of the entire process, and includes specific action steps that the client must complete during each phase of the implementation.
The following are additional tutorials and help resources that I created for TylerNet clients.
